iLuv i552 Portable Audio System allows you to take it with you when you're on the move. These iPod Portable Speakers bring rich sound from your iPod using jAura acoustic speaker technology. With its self-contained design, universal dock for your iPod, AM/FM radio with programmable station settings, it's easier than ever to bring music with you wherever you go. Not only does it charge your iPod product while it plays, but it supports iPod shuffle and features an auxiliary line input to accommodate first and second generations of iPod as well. You can even output your favorite videos to a TV if your iPod has video capability by plugging in to the AV output. It's simply entertainment in motion.

Extended Versatility

The versatility doesn't stop there. The iLuv i552 has an auxiliary line input for 1st and 2nd generations of iPod and other audio devices, and it also supports the iPod shuffle (1st generation). You can have both a shuffle and a dockable iPod in the i552 simultaneously. It comes equipped with AM/FM radio with PLL digital tuning technology, which provides the best clarity available. Within the radio settings, you can have programmable preset settings for 10 AM and 10 FM stations. The LCD screen display reads stands out for easy reading and as an added convenience, it comes with a remote control. As with most dockable speaker system, your iPod is charged when the iLuv i552 is plugged into AC power, adding time saving convenience while your listening to your music. One unique feature of the i552's radio is that you can choose AM and FM frequency ranges for use in different parts of the world. The FM dial has settings for 87.5-108MHz in 50KHz or 100Khz steps, as well as 87.5-107.9MHz in 200KHz steps; the AM dial can be set to 522-1620KHz in 9KHz steps or 520-1710KHz in 10KHz steps. You also get 10 AM and 10 FM presets.
