Apple Developer Connection (or ADC) is a service provided by Apple to Mac developers. It provides resources to developers such as documentation and development tool downloads.

Membership

There are several different levels of membership to ADC:

• Online (or free) memberships entitle you to documentation and many downloads, such as new versions of Xcode.
• Select memberships entitle you to many more features, including access to pre-release software and free versions of Mac OS X. They have an annual cost of US$500.
• Premier memberships entitle you to all developer features- All those offered in Select memberships plus free tickets to the WWDC, additional developer support and significant hardware discounts. They have an annual cost of US$3500.
• Student memberships are only offered to students, and provide many features not available as an online membership (but fewer than those available to Select members). They have a much smaller fee than Select memberships.
